These tests can be performed as per official standards or by specifically adapting standard methodologies to each particular case. We also evaluate the in vitro prebiotic activity of bioactive compounds and ingredients capable of promoting the growth of a wide range of probiotic strains, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium
