Generation of biofilms in a CDC continuous flow system on different abiotic surfaces (borosilicate glass, stainless steel, etc.) as per ASTM E3161-21,E2562-22.
Evaluation of anti-biofilm properties as per ASTM E2871-13, and characterisation of biofilm growth and viability by fluorescent staining techniques on different surfaces.
