ADME-Tox preclinical studies

Since 1998, we have been carrying out ADME-Tox studies under the guarantee of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), certified by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy.

We carry out absorption studies (intestinal, dermal, blood-brain barrier), distribution, metabolism, bioavailability, drug-drug interactions, development of bioanalytical methods, organ-specific toxicity tests, toxicity mechanisms, genotoxicity, haemolysis, ocular and dermal (and other tissues) tests, inhalation tests, gene and protein regulation studies and related physical-chemical analyses.
