3D printing with functional materials

The aim of this service is to offer the customer parts printed by FDM or direct pellet printing in different finishes and materials. According to the customer's needs, GAIKER designs the part and selects the material that best suits it. Functional and multi-material printing through the simultaneous printing of several printheads.

The service includes the evaluation of materials to be used in the production of 3D printing parts, design suitable for the printing process and the actual production of parts in the material requested by the customer (FDM technology and direct pellet extrusion). In the case of a commercial chipping, the corresponding filament will be prepared and if it does not exist on the market, we can make an experimental filament and evaluate whether it is printable or not.

At GAIKER, we have the equipment and knowledge of the necessary materials to be able to inject and print materials using FDM technology and pellet printing, as well as to produce experimental materials in accordance with the customer's requirements, print them or even send the customer a sample to be printed at its facilities.
