Analysis of the process variables to reduce defective parts

The aims are to reduce the defective parts in composite manufacturing processes (RTM, SMC, ….).

The service developed consists of the following stages:

• Analysis of the typology of defects and their quantification
• Definition of the process variables that may influence the emergence of defects
• Performance of initial tests to define the range of values to be analysed for the different variables
• Design of factorial experiments to study the influence of variables on the emergence of defects
• Analysis of results and consideration of the optimal values of the variables
