We design parts in a material, completing the production chain from the design and calculation phase based on the selected material and process. We carry out technical and economic feasibility studies and tests and prototypes for validation.
The aims of the service are to:
• Design parts in a composite material taking into account its requirements: lightweighting, cost, mechanical performance, in accordance with customer specifications.
• Predict product reactions under certain conditions of use/life. Make linear and non-linear calculations (large deformations and displacements) applicable not only to composite materials but also to any type of material.
• CAD design from a sketch.
