Commitment to Equality

At GAIKER we foster values that contribute to building a fairer and more caring society, including equality.

Our commitment to equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, avoiding direct or indirect discrimination based on gender, is a fundamental principle and a strategic pillar of our corporate and people policy.

Our Equality Plan (registered with the Provincial Labour Authority of Bizkaia, No. 003497) gathers the points of perspectives of all interested parties to define a set of objectives and actions for improvement. This Plan is valid for four years (2021 - 2025) and in addition to its main purpose, it is an opportunity to generate internal consensus, improve the work climate at GAIKER and positively influence our external collaborators.
