Genomics-Proteomics
Backed by ten years of experience in DNA microarrays essentially aimed at functional genomic evaluation in areas of toxicogenomics and pharmacogenomics, we principally carry out studies of differential gene expression.
Proteomic technology permits us, among others, to identify specific target proteins for diagnostic system developments, the identification of enzymes for bioindustrial applications, etc.
Our lines of technological activity are:

- Experimental hybridisation design using both one-colour and two-colour technology
- Hybridisation on Agilent Platform microarrays
- Biostatistical data analysis
- Functional analysis of results (canonical metabolic and signalling pathways)
